Redundancies have come thick and fast across Australian pharma this year and for industry professionals the experience can cut deeper than in other sectors - but it can also offer an opportunity for career transformation, according to an employment specialist.

Founder and Managing Director of PPD Search, Elizabeth Pettit, who has had 18 years recruitment experience in the industry said for pharma staffers, redundancy can be a special blow.
