Managers cop double-dose stress

Australian pharma leaders are experiencing soaring levels of stress - dealing with job security fears in a downsizing industry, risk of burnout plus cost of living pressures - not only for themselves but also their team.

Despite the strain, industry mindset and impact coach Kylie Brennan warns many employees are under-reporting the problem, worried that voicing their concerns could make them a target in the next round of job cuts.
