Novartis patient program awarded

Novartis Australia has won a global award for a digital ecosystem that improves patient adherence to prescribed medication and complex treatment regimes.

The MSGo patient support program and technology platform to support patients starting a new treatment for multiple sclerosis won the Best Compliance Solution for the 2022 Medtech Breakthrough Awards. Novartis engaged RxMx to develop the digital solution.

"Traditionally, patient support programs are designed for one medication, but MSGo enables real-time interconnected personalised care for different products," Novartis ANZ Country President, Richard Tew, said. "Once you solve a problem for one product in one country, the learnings can help inform what we are doing in other markets."
