Former CEO sues Apotex

Roger Millichamp, former ANZ MD for Canadian generic company Apotex has begun court action against his former employers claiming underpayment of over $400,000 in leave and bonuses after he was made redundant in 2019.

In the legal action launched in the Federal Circuit Court late last week, Millichamp, who left the company in September 2019, claimed $175,000 in leave entitlements had been deducted unlawfully.
