The Company

The Role
This role is crucial to the continued growth of their MedTech products and reports directly to the Managing Director.




Duties

• Support development & execution of successful channel specific marketing plans
• Partner with Global teams to localise global marketing content 
• Apply Organisations values to marketing campaigns & collateral 
• Implement strategies which act as a conduit between customer needs & Organisations values
• Liaise with cross functional teams to ensure campaign success
• Execute marketing material for launches
• Execute marketing materials for lead stimulation
• Execute marketing material for sales training & development 
• Develop customer specific activation campaigns
• Provide insights from retailers purchasing criteria
• Some event coordination
• Partner with the marketing sales & customer service
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders

 


Previous experience

• Relevant tertiary qualifications - essential 
• Proven experience in OTC/Healthcare/Medtech
• Proven B2B & B2B2C marketing capabilities
• Expertise developing POS materials
• Previous Sales experience - advantageous
• Digital capabilities - advantageous 
• Trade Marketing - advantageous
• Exposure to various customer groups
• Strong data analytics capabilities
• Proven financial acumen
