Pharma disconnected from HCPs?

Just 39 per cent of HCPs describe pharma MSLs as 'critical' or 'very important' as a source of scientific information and even fewer - 30 per cent - feeling the same about sales reps.
By comparison, generative AI tools were considered 'critical' or 'very important' by 38 per cent of HCPs, according to the Advancing Scientific Exchange: Trends and Tactics for Healthcare Professional Engagement report from IQVIA.
