Company toasts excellence nod

Merck will cap Women's Health Week by celebrating its nomination as a Best Workplace Diversity Equity and Inclusion Program Excellence Awardee at the Australian HR Awards on Friday.

The Award was given in recognition of Merck's inclusive global Fertility Benefit program launched to all Australian employees in 2024, a financial benefit available to employees regardless of gender or relationship status, in addition to other benefits including paid parental leave, personal and carers leave, compassionate leave, charity leave, and family and domestic violence leave.
