The simmering class action suit against API by a group of Priceline franchisees has come to the boil, being launched in the Victorian Supreme Court by law firm Levitt Robinson.
The suit alleges Priceline exerts a prescriptive level of control, forcing franchisees to use an auto-replenishment system and limiting their access to bulk and seasonal discounts.
