Field forces have been told not to underestimate the importance of using an HCP's preferred communication channel, warning it can a 'make or break' a strong relationship, according to an Australian pharma marketing expert.
New data analysis shows that different medical specialties in Australia show strong preferences for particular communication channels and although they may have accepted non-preferred channels due to pandemic restrictions, their preferences remain relatively constant.
